A Nest is a private, invite-only group of family members or friends. Once you join a Nest, you can see the location of other members of that specific Nest and share your own location with them. You can create or belong to multiple Nests at once.

Tap the "+" button or go to the Nest settings in the app to find your unique 6-digit invite code. Share this code with your family member. They can enter it in their Flockar app to join your Nest immediately.

To keep your family updated on your safety and trigger geofence notifications, Flockar needs to access your location even when the app is closed or not actively in use. This permission can be managed in your phone's system settings.

Flockar is built with advanced battery-optimisation technology. We use a combination of cell towers, Wi-Fi, and motion sensors to update location efficiently, only using high-power GPS when actively moving.

Tapping the SOS button will trigger a 3-second countdown. If not cancelled, it immediately broadcasts an emergency notification to all members of all your Nests with your exact high-accuracy location.

No. Flockar is a family convenience tool. We do not guarantee delivery of SOS notifications because they rely on mobile network coverage, battery status, and device settings. In an emergency, always call local emergency services (like 911) first.
